A regrade request asks your instructor to review the grading of one submitted response. Use it when you think part of your work was overlooked or a grading criterion was applied incorrectly.
Regrade requests are reviewed by your instructor or TA. Be mindful of the length of your request.
Regrade requests are available only when your instructor enables them for the assessment.

Common Questions

The response must be graded and support regrades, such as a written response, uploaded image, or scanned exam. Assessments using Average Attempt Scores or Full Credit For Completion do not allow requests. Ask your instructor if you are unsure whether your response qualifies.
Your instructor may set a regrade window. You can send requests only while it is open. Contact your instructor if the window has closed or you need to confirm its dates.
You can request one regrade per question in an attempt. If you have already requested one, or your instructor has manually regraded that response, contact your instructor to discuss any remaining concern.
