# Exam Grading Checklist

> Step-by-step checklist for grading exams with Uflo

Use this checklist to track your progress through each phase of the grading workflow.

    **Exam Design**

    * Every page has a visible, consistent page number.
    * Every question has a clearly bordered answer box.
    * First page includes student name and ID fields.
    * Two exam files saved: one complete (with solutions and rubric) and one blank.

    **QR Codes and Printing** *(complete before exam is printed)*

    * Blank exam template PDF uploaded to Uflo via Import Submissions.
    * QR code placement and visibility confirmed in preview.
    * Exam printed from the QR-coded PDF at 100% scale.

    * Scan reviewed (sample pages) and uploaded to Uflo.
    * Flagged or unmatched submissions resolved manually.
